WAUKESHA COUNTY AUTO BODY & COLLISION REPAIR

Roger's Auto Body

QUESTIONS FOR ROGER’S AUTO BODY:

What are collision, comprehensive, and liability coverage in an auto insurance policy?
An auto insurance policy is a contract designed to protect persons in up to three ways. All 50 states require vehicle owners to have liability coverage, which will pay for damages the vehicle owner may do to someone else or his/her property but won’t pay for damage to the vehicle owner or his/her property. But optional forms of coverage will protect the vehicle owner and his/her property. Collision coverage will pay for the repair or replacement of the vehicle if it’s damaged in an accident, even if the accident is the vehicle owner’s fault. And comprehensive coverage will pay for the repair or replacement of the vehicle in the event of fire, vandalism, theft, etc. But both collision and comprehensive coverage typically require the vehicle owner to pay the first portion of the claim, which is called the deductible.

Does an auto insurance company have the right to choose which repair shop I use?
No! According to Wisconsin State law, you as the vehicle’s owner are entitled to choose the repair shop to restore it to its pre-accident condition. An auto insurance company cannot require you to have it repaired at a particular shop or even to obtain more than one estimate. And Roger’s Auto Body works with all auto insurance companies!

Does Roger’s Auto Body guarantee its work?
Yes! Roger’s Auto Body provides a warranty on the repairs it performs.
